At BaubleBar, we want you to love your new accessories, so we offer easy returns within 30 days of your order delivery date for most items. Please note that personalized pieces and final sale items are non-returnable to maintain their unique quality.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry in its original packaging and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
